Great to see my friend @vishwa in this podcast, I have worked with Vishwa for more than 3 years in same cubical, same team at Oracle and later i moved to USA to work for Workday Inc, and he moved to PayPal and later to LinkedIn. He is a great person and awesome talent. Happy to see him narrating all his experience and i can personally relate with most of things he shared in this podcast :) We also talked on few of these things when he came to Bay Area and met me. Today i work for Apple in Silicon Valley at their headquarters from Cupertino, CA. All the best Vishwa and i am sure your passion for education and bringing that raw energy will help drive change for new generation !! I still remember our days in Madhapur, Hyderabad Oracle campus and all that fun :)

Heyy Raj!! I want to tell you that this podcast was really worth it. I mean the guest has great storytelling skill that keeps us engaged and also what he said throughout this podcast was 100% true. I totally agree with him. I want to give you a little suggestion that if you want to bring guests make sure that they can clearly deliver the idea without making confusion. Also they must have a great communication skill that keeps audience engaged to the podcast because people only stay when ideas are presented in good manner. This Podcast was really good without a single confusion and he presented his thoughts clearly, he explained the current problems very well. We want more guests like him who can clearly explain their views on the given topic.

If doctors, engineers, judges, and government officers need exams to prove their capability, then why is there no qualification test or leadership exam to become a politician, even though politicians make decisions that affect millions of lives?

Do you think a basic governance or ethics test for politicians could improve leadership in our country?

This is best conversation but the reality is every students have their perspective and ambition har student ek sapna dekhta hai ki mai iit ya kisi bade college mai jaaunga meri life set ho jayegi but the harsh reality is hamara system hi kharab hai kisi ne shi kha hai ki education system mai do hi cheeze missing hai first education and second system.
Now this time also neet 2026 radd ho gaya hai kyu kyuki minister and baaki logo ko kuch bhi farak nhi padta humare students se aur baaki log jaise khan sir padhate hai baccho ko support karte hai unke saath ap dhamki de dete ho
So ya this is the sad reality of our country but I appreciate the conversation that has been held in the podcast ❤❤
