Very delicious and traditional fish curry recipe! ❤️
The spice combination looks perfect and the cooking style is amazing.
For a small homemade version, I would use:
- 500g fish
- 1 onion
- 2 tomatoes
- 5 garlic cloves
- 2 green chilies
- 1 small lemon-size tamarind
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- Few curry leaves
- Little fennel and fenugreek
Cook slowly on medium flame until the oil separates and the fish becomes soft. The tip about the curry tasting better after 2 days is absolutely true! 🔥🐟
