There are some interesting points I can point out in my own life basis his analysis - placement of horizontal line in t, signature with small or capital word, using surname in signature etc. I think what Imran is trying to say is that lets say since I have one word in my signature - I am being a warrior and I can choose to rely on others to feel supported. To feel supported I need to slowly let go of the feeling of standing alone, ask for help, say no when required, draw boundaries while keeping my heart open etc. Like for Raj Shamani - he can utilise his family relationships more to ease his life and share the burden. Ofcourse real change requires working on the subconscious but this can make people aware of the subconscious pattern. And there are multiple ways to realise the awareness. This is one of them. Once we are made aware of something, we can work on it and it can change. Like Carl Jung famoulsy said - Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate. So interesting podcast. Also Raj Shamani proved Imran's point with his sceptical body language right till the end of the episode - once he has made up his mind, its difficult to shake him. The reluctance to change can have advantages as well as disadvantages - which was Imran's point I think. I am not sure hoe effective his courses are. But the science seems legit and logical to me.
